1. Registration for the Event

• Free Registration: Registration for the Event is free. Participants must complete the registration form, providing the personal information necessary to ensure safety and control during the Event.
• Personal Data: By accepting these Terms, you consent to Milano Watch Week Srl collecting, storing, and using your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. The collection, storage, and use of the data you provide is a necessary condition for the proper performance of the contract upon sale of tickets to participate in Milano Watch Week. The data may be used by the company to communicate with you about the event and future editions.
• Registration Confirmation: Registration does not automatically guarantee entry to the event. You will receive a QR code ticket only after your registration is confirmed. This ticket is personal and non-transferable.
• Entrance to the event: Admission is permitted only upon accreditation, confirmed by the presence of a valid, personal ticket. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee admission to the event, due to security and space constraints. 

2. Use of the Ticket

• Personal Ticket: The QR Code ticket is strictly personal and must not be shared with others. Sharing the ticket may compromise the Event's security measures. Should it be shared or used improperly, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract and exclude or deny access to the individuals involved.
• Entrance Checks: Milano Watch Week Srl reserves the right to carry out checks at the entrance to verify the identity of participants, to ensure the necessary security measures for the proper conduct of the event.

3. Safety and Conduct

• Security Measures: Participants are required to comply with all safety measures adopted by Milano Watch Week Srl during the Event. Should these measures not be respected, the Organizers reserve the right to remove, deny access, or exclude any visitors found to be in breach.
  
• Responsibilities of Participants: Each participant is fully responsible for their own behavior during the Event. Inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the Event without the right to a refund or compensation.

4. Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Our website and the services related to the Event are provided "as is." Milano Watch Week Srl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided.
  
• Limitation of Liability: Milano Watch Week Srl will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or associated services. Furthermore, Milano Watch Week Srl will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the willful misconduct or negligence of any event participant, pursuant to Section 3.b. Responsibilities of Participants.

The Site, its content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Milano Watch Week Srl and are protected in Italy and internationally by a variety of laws, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws.

Nothing in the Terms and Conditions grants you any right or license to use any trademark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by us or any third party, except as expressly provided in the Terms and Conditions.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Milano Watch Week Srl.
